I am a Counsellor & Psychotherapist.
I offer one-to-one counselling and therapy, as well as small group counselling/therapy courses. These are 'talking therapy' relationships; I also have expertise in exploring dreams and using drama to increase self-awareness and understanding, if you wish to work in these ways. The choice is always yours.

I work in many different environments, including hospice care and education.

My practice is 'person-centred', to help each client to achieve his/her full potential, supported by an understanding of psycho-dynamic processes, particularly the importance of childhood experiences in shaping personality

I run courses using creative methods, and working with dreams. Some courses are for anyone who wishes to understand more about dreams, others are designed for trainee counsellors and therapists to integrate dream work into their practice.

I train counsellors at Certificate and Diploma level.
